Our God is all knowing but also so very kind. When we are in need He is there for us. He is watching over us just waiting for us to call on Him. When we call His Name, He listens. In prayer, His comfort overflows within our hearts. It is like He is sitting right next to me. I can feel His presence all around me. In my times of grief He is there, just like a friend, bearing me up. He listens to the cares of my heart and gives me rest. Even before I speak He knows what is on my mind. I am amazed at His love for me. I can just imagine how Hagar felt when the Lord appeared to her when she felt alone and in distress. She didn’t think anyone cared for her but the Lord did. As she was in tears, sitting by the waters in the wilderness, He approached her and said, “Hagar, Sarai’s maid, whence camest thou? and whither wilt thou go? And she said, I flee from the face of my mistress Sarai. And the angel of the Lord said unto her, Return to thy mistress, and submit thyself under her hands. And the angel of the Lord said unto her, I will multiply thy seed exceedingly, that it shall not be numbered for multitude.” Our loving God soothed her heart and made her feel important. At the end she said to Him, “Thou God seest me: for she said, Have I also here looked after him that seeth me?” There surely is nothing like the love that God delivers us.
Know that Jesus, our Lord, sees you. He sees your every struggle in life. He knows that times can be hard and lonely. He also knows that He can’t stand to see you feel this way. For this, He asks us to come to Him in prayer. He will be there when we need Him most. Just ask in His Name and He will deliver peace to your heart. He sees right through our words and knows every beat of our hearts. Speak to Him as a friend and He will be there. The Lord not only sees but delivers when we need Him. How amazing is it that God cares so deeply for us. One day, we will see Him who sees us. We will be in His matchless presence in heaven. In all His glory, He will call upon our name and ask us to come before Him. I can’t wait till this day to wrap my arms around Him. As tears stream down my face I will thank Him for all that He has done for me. Thank You Lord for Your kindness. Thank You for seeing through my old life and caring for who I could become. Thank You for giving me direction on how to live my life. I am grateful that You would care for my needs. I am amazed that You would love me so much as to die for me. It is because of the cross that I have been redeemed. You’ve delivered mercy to my broken life. I am made new again because of Your great love. In times of need, I will always keep You in my mind. You keep me safe for You are my deliverer. There is no darkness but light in my path. You cast away all fear. You are the Prince of Peace. I love You.

10 And the angel of the Lord said unto her, I will multiply thy seed exceedingly, that it shall not be numbered for multitude.
11 And the angel of the Lord said unto her, Behold, thou art with child and shalt bear a son, and shalt call his name Ishmael; because the Lord hath heard thy affliction.
12 And he will be a wild man; his hand will be against every man, and every man’s hand against him; and he shall dwell in the presence of all his brethren.
13 And she called the name of the Lord that spake unto her, Thou God seest me: for she said, Have I also here looked after him that seeth me?
