Have You Anyone Else Here?

Before God’s wrath was brought down upon Sodom He had mercy on all that would follow Him. The angels asked Lot, “Hast thou here any besides? son in law, and thy sons, and thy daughters, and whatsoever thou hast in the city, bring them out of this place” The lost sheep were being called that night. It was up to them to open their hearts to God. Lot obeyed the directive of the angels and “went out, and spake unto his sons in law, which married his daughters, and said, Up, get you out of this place; for the Lord will destroy this city. But he seemed as one that mocked unto his sons in law.” The people didn’t see a need to change their lives. In the end, it was Lot, his wife and daughters that followed after God and listened to the angels. The family took hold of the messengers hands and were guided safely out of the city. They helped them get to a safe spot before the city was destroyed. Today, God sends people like you and me to help people come to Christ. We are called to help people find the right path that leads to Christ the Lord. We are His messengers to declare His good news to the world. We are asked to share his message with family, friends, co-workers and anyone else that will listen. Like in the times of Sodom there is urgency in getting right with God before Jesus returns the second time. We must repent and accept the Lord into our hearts or be stuck in our sins forever. Declare these words of hope to the world. Don’t be discouraged when people don’t listen. Even if one person comes to Christ out of a thousand, the angels will be singing praises to the Lord, and all will be well worth it.

Before the Lord returns in the heavens above I hope to help bring many more souls to Him. It wouldn’t be fair for me to keep the goodness of God to myself. Why would I keep the love that God gives me to enjoy all by myself and never tell anyone? It wouldn’t be right of me. The Lord means to much to me to not declare Him to the world. I want everyone to know of His mercy and grace. Jesus paid the price for our sins that we might be forgiven. He suffered and died on the cross that we could have mercy. For those that listen to God’s message He will have compassion on their souls. He will make them alive in Him. Jesus was resurrected on the third day and we can live with Him if we believe. What God gives us is eternal. His love has no end. When He returns in all His glory His faithful will be protected while the wicked are punished. Much will be like the days of Sodom when Jesus returns. We just have a choice to what side we want to live on. For the world or for Christ. My decision is with the Lord Almighty for He is my Savior. Oh Lord, I am amazed at Your great love for me. Your love is like the waters of the ocean for it has no end. Thank You for delivering me from eternal punishment. Thank You for Your mercy upon on soul, though my sins were great. I stumble and fall in life but You help me right back up again. It is Your love for me that drives me to share Your message with others. I want all the world to know that there is salvation in Your Name. Lead me to the lost. Open their hearts and minds to Your message of hope. I love You.

Genesis 19:12-16,24,25 (KJV)
12 And the men said unto Lot, Hast thou here any besides? son in law, and thy sons, and thy daughters, and whatsoever thou hast in the city, bring them out of this place:
13 For we will destroy this place, because the cry of them is waxen great before the face of the Lord; and the Lord hath sent us to destroy it.
14 And Lot went out, and spake unto his sons in law, which married his daughters, and said, Up, get you out of this place; for the Lord will destroy this city. But he seemed as one that mocked unto his sons in law.
15 And when the morning arose, then the angels hastened Lot, saying, Arise, take thy wife, and thy two daughters, which are here; lest thou be consumed in the iniquity of the city.
16 And while he lingered, the men laid hold upon his hand, and upon the hand of his wife, and upon the hand of his two daughters; the Lord being merciful unto him: and they brought him forth, and set him without the city.
24 Then the Lord rained upon Sodom and upon Gomorrah brimstone and fire from the Lord out of heaven;
25 And he overthrew those cities, and all the plain, and all the inhabitants of the cities, and that which grew upon the ground.
