The Lord Is My Strength

The Lord stands supreme. He 1“is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer”. I am safe within His presence. Nothing can take me down for He is on my side. I have power to withstand the evil one because Jesus is in my heart. Sin has no place within me when I am in His light. He casts aside all darkness and lifts me up to do greater things for His glory. The Lord is 1“my strength, in whom I will trust.” Through the hard times, I know He will pick me back up. He will comfort me and give me rest. All the world could give up on me but He will never let me down. I am honored to have God in my life. How blessed it is to rest in His arms. In prayer, 1“I will call upon the Lord, who is worthy to be praised.” Highly exalted is the Name of the Lord. We haven’t tasted salvation unless we come to know Him. Jesus gives forgiveness freely because of the cross. His blood will cover you and redeem your soul. This great love will transform your life. If you have been touched by the hand of the Lord, then give Him thanks. Praise the Lord for all things good in Your life. He blesses us abundantly and we have much to give thanks.

My whole heart has been changed through the love of the Lord. Jesus has changed my life. He has made sin less desirable and His kingdom more precious than all. My outlook in life is different now. As I seek Jesus, He gives me clear vision. I am no longer blind but can see. His desires are mine. He gives me pure hands and a pure heart. I could never tame my flesh but He gives me strength to do so. I am honored to live in His righteousness. If there is any wickedness in my heart I give it all to Him. I don’t want anything to defile my relationship with the Lord. What I have with Him, I cherish above all earthly treasures.

Let us pray:
Oh Lord, I am so grateful to have You in my life. Just as David, I called upon Your great Name and You listened. You saw my wickedness and had compassion. Nothing could free me from my sins but Your mercy. Your power gave me a new chance at life. How deep is Your love. I will never understand Your great love for me. You give me hope. I trust in You. Give me strength, each day, to live for You. It is not my will to walk in mine own ways but Yours. Direct my paths. I love You. Amen.
