Repent And Bow Down Before God

6The Lord has come and whosoever believeth in Him shall be saved. They will be forever blessed. Believing in Jesus leads to a change of heart and mind. We are transformed through the Holy Spirit to walk in a new light. Our old way of thinking is changed and our old way of living is renewed. In our openness to receive the Lord, He gives us wise counsel that we may know the truth. The Spirit helps conform our minds to His, in order to understand His teachings and to walk in them. In His presence we are made clean. Our lives, given to the Lord, are the fruits of repentance. As we lay down our sins at the feet of Jesus, we are forgiven. His mercy is upon us. His blood washes us from all our sins. 2His clean hands are always ready and willing to cleanse us from all our wickedness. 2He has a pure heart, and with Jesus in our lives, we are sanctified. 4Our old lives are done away and we are born again through His love. 9We can do all things through Christ Jesus. Even though we may be lacking in the sight of the world, God makes us able. 8“God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are might.” 3“The righteous flourish” under the guidance of the Lord. In His strength there is an 3“abundance of peace”, even in difficult times.

It is true that each of us have a choice to believe in and follow Jesus. However, one way or another, all will, one day, 3“bow down before him”. The Lord declares, 7“every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God. So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God.” Our time on earth is so important. Why waste the moment to get right with God. Any of us could die tomorrow. If you decide to live a life for yourself then you will be held accountable for all own sins. 10Your good works won’t mean a thing when you mean God in judgement. God’s works, within us, are going to be what matters in judgement. It will either be a terrifying moment to stand before almighty God or a delightful time to be in His presence. This will depend on the life you led for Christ or against Christ. 5“If God be for us, who can be against us?” If we have repented and are right in the sight of God than nothing can 5“separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord”. Our eternal destination in heaven is our gift. This gift isn’t for everyone but for those that sought after Jesus. 1Choose this day to follow the only One who saves and that is Christ the Lord. Hell is real and it for all unbelievers. Follow Jesus and be sanctified through His blood. In this, you surely will 3“be blessed in him”.

Let us pray:
Thank You God for shining Your love upon me. With open arms you received me when I fell down before You. I was ready to give up my sinful lifestyle to live for You and You came for me. My cries were heard and You gave me peace. My shame was done away and replaced with hope. My guilt was covered in Your love. Though I once lived in darkness You brought me into Your light that I might see. I was so misguided in my choices. My beliefs were so off base but You set me straight. You didn’t force my hand but simply showed me Your ways and they were glorious. The teachings of men cannot stand up to what You have taught me. I love Your words in the Bible. You truly speak to my soul, each day that I read. You have set me on a new course. I am cleansed and sanctified in Your blood. I can clearly think for You are with me. Thank You for guidance and direction. I welcome the day to see You. I can hardly wait to be forever in Your presence. Blessed be Your Name. All praise the King of Glory. I love You. Amen.

25 Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men.
26 For ye see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called:
27 But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty;
28 And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are:
29 That no flesh should glory in his presence.
30 But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption:

8 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
9 Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you.
10 But I rejoiced in the Lord greatly, that now at the last your care of me hath flourished again; wherein ye were also careful, but ye lacked opportunity.
11 Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content.
12 I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need.
13 I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.
