Our Help Cometh From The Lord

As Christians, it should be an honor to glorify our God. The Lord God has come to save us all from our sins. Give thanks, this day. Jesus is the Messiah, who takes away the sins of the world. Those that receive Him are forgiven by His blood. The sacrifice, that was made on the cross, gives us new life. With His influence, our hearts and minds are invigorated. His wisdom is unfolded unto those that seek Him. As we call upon the Name of Jesus, He listens. The Lord hears all our questions and desires and then answers us through the Holy Spirit. As our hearts are open and we become in tune with God’s presence, we are led by Him and have confirmation of His responses. Even in trials, we can seek the Lord and He will be there to lift us up. He never leaves us nor forsakes us. Jesus Christ is our deliverer from evil and life’s challenges. Addiction can take a toll on our lives but confess your sins openly to Jesus and He will have mercy upon your soul. Life can also be good, one day and then crazy the next. Your day can get flipped upside down because of a burglary in your home, job loss, terminal illness in the family, or even death. These things bring much grief and sadness into our lives. The only way to truly cope with all of this is to allow the Lord to comfort us and give us peace. David knew this when he said, 1“I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth.” I pray that your faith is like unto his. Much help comes from the Lord when we need Him most.

The Lord God will move in our lives, if we allow Him. We can either continue to walk in sin or allow God to take us from that dark place, we are in, and bring us into His light. The choice is ours and God will hold us to what we choose. Only with the Lord in our lives can we be truly safe from the evils of this life. Temptation can take a toll on the unbelievers and those on the fence of following Jesus. It is not worth living a life without God and His mercy. In death, this promise of forgiveness will be over. Don’t let this be you but seek the Lord Jesus for mercy, while you can. This life is short. Make the most of it and repent of your sins. Confess them openly to God. Only through Him can you be cleansed. Listen to how David described what God would do for those that come unto Him. 1“He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber. Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.” God will work tirelessly for your benefit, as long as you are for Him. He will keep you on the right path that leads to heaven. 1“The Lord shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul. The Lord shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore.” God does this because of His great love for us all. It pains Him to see people neglect Him and leave the faith. It also pains Him to know the person had a chance to repent and they never made the most of it. If we desire to be saved than abide in Jesus. Only through His presence can we endure this life valiantly till the end.

Let us pray:
Oh Lord, it brings me great joy as to call upon Your Name in prayer. You hear my prayers and give me answers. I am not left waiting for You give me wisdom and knowledge. For many years, I was left wanting more from this life and I never had enough. I always needed more. But now that I found You, You have given me the fullness of joy that I have desired, all my life. Your peace gives me the comfort I need to carry on. Though hard times come, You never leave me comfortless. You continually lift up my burdens that they may be light. Life has taken a toll upon me and my family, because of sin, but You never gave up us. My confessions were heard and You had mercy. It was You that softened my wives heart to forgive me. You are always there when I need You. Only You could lead me to safety. Thank You for carrying me on Your shoulders when I was weak. You are my greatest help. You are my deliverer. Thank You for delivering me from a life of sin. I would never know the right path if You had not shown mercy for my soul. I’d be left searching for answers, if You had not come into my life. And You did come Lord, like a wild fire. You have rescued me from death. My heart was broken, but lifted up to You, and You received me. You are my Savior. All my help comes from You. I need You every hour. Never leave my side. I love You. Amen.
