God Answers Our Prayers

Never stop believing in answers from God. He hears our prayers and knows our concerns. So don’t be afraid to lift them up to Him. And know one thing, that God answers in His own timing. He does have His own reasons for this. Sometimes it is important to deal with our current situation and make the best of it, while we pray, until we finally receive direction from the Lord. But don’t stop seeking God. Continually have Him in your heart. When things seem difficult and hard to manage, pray for His wisdom. Ask that He help you and give you peace. I will say that with God, He is so good. He knows when we love Him and are constantly thinking of Him also. Therefore, when we are in a sticky situation and need an answer, He comes to our rescue. For example, today I was driving home from work, when the Lord gave me wisdom for something I was struggling. I had been having a difficult time, all day, with setting up a webpage for printers and God knew I was troubled by it. And out of the blew, the answer I needed was fresh in my mind. And it wasn’t just something I thought would work, but knew so for a fact because it came from God. So when I got home, I tested the new code out and it all worked perfectly as the Lord said. I know that things get confusing at times but with the Lord in our lives, all is made crystal clear, in God’s own timing. I mention His timing, for He does come through, though it may not be in our best time frame.

The Lord Jesus said, 2“Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.” I know that God answers our prayers. Not only did He do this for me today but countless other times over the years. I am oh so blessed. All I know is that prayer works. When you seek the Lord, He is near to You and answers do come. Doors are are opened when God gives us direction. When we pray and wait on the Lord, He responds. Patience is good and shows the Lord that you do rely on Him and do not have to have things immediately in life. Isaiah taught, 1“they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.” I will testify to this. Today, I simply had the Lord in my thoughts and that alone brought the Lord into what I was dealing with. He knew my intents were honest and that I needed his help. And just as we ought to help those in need, He rushes to give us assistance. I kept the Lord constant to my heart and mind and knowledge did come. Things may appear difficult and hard to bear now, but when the Lord comes, all is at peace. Everything just makes sense and we can more easily get through things.

Let us pray:
Lord, thank You for coming to my rescue. Thank You for listening to my thoughts this day and rushing in to help me. Things were difficult and much confusion was set in, until You came in and cleared it all up. What you did for me is amazing. It saved me countless hours of struggling to find an answer to my problems. You saw a need and stepped in to show me the way. Thank You for the knowledge that You have given me. I recognize Your hand in this and am so grateful. So much inspiration has come into my life because of You, Lord. It is wonderful to receive Your guidance and direction. I am so enlightened and at peace by Your wisdom, every time. Each time I seek You in prayer and simply think on You, You are there for me. The problems I am having are solved. I am then lifted up to go forward in life. You help me get past what is weighing me down. There is power in Your Name and I am filled with Your strength daily. I am so glad to be led by You. I know that You are always listening. You are always willing to help us. Thank You Lord. I love You. Amen.
