The Bible Is God’s Word

The Bible is God’s Word. We can truly gain wisdom, that is divine, by reading each day. Come and learn from the Lord today. Proverbs 30 reads, 1“every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him.” Everything that we read in scripture is inspired by God. There is no other book that will draw us nearer to the Lord but the Bible alone. There are no substitutes for the Word of God. Don’t let anyone fool you into believing that the Bible can be changed or added to. Because God orchestrated the King James translation, we have His inspired Word today. I give thanks to God for allowing His Word to continue strong over the thousands of years. However, because evil men have come in, throughout the ages and today, newer translations that are not based on a Word-For-Word translation have taken away the Bible’s most precious parts. For this reason, it is so important to check the validity of the Bible we use, lest we come to know that it is only a paraphrased Bible or one’s own thoughts in their Bible. Proverbs 30 continues, 1“add thou not unto his words, lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar.” If a person wants to be on God’s side then he or she will also read a Bible that has not been tampered with or corrupted. Those people that put together a paraphrased or thought-for-through translation will be judged and found liars. Do not be found with them by reading those same versions. Let not their blood be on your heads also. Be wise and know what you read before diving into it. Do some investigation on your part, that you may continue on God’s path and read His divine Word.

Because people cannot always be trusted, do not let them tell you that God’s Word is also found outside the Bible, in other books. This is a lie and can easily be tested wrong, when comparing the teachings, from these other books, with the Bible. Here is why. The teachings will either contradict the Bible in some way, or add additional teachings that the Bible does not mention. Either one of these things are evil and will cause a person in the faith to be deceived. Let me make this very clear. Reading contradictory things does not lift up a person’s faith but only tear it down and makes them question things. Also, when new doctrines are formed outside the Bible, this also confuses a person and the person they influence. Because the teachings are not Biblical, not everyone will be so wise as to count them out. Therefore, countless people will be led astray. And why do these things happen? Because the same people that lead and are led astray are one’s that do not know and understand what the Bible says. That is why teachings that appear good from other books are so deceitful to most people. It is so interesting that this topic was brought up in the very last chapter of the Bible, Revelation 22. It reads, 2“for I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life.” Be not deceived and hold to the Bible at all costs. This faith will save your soul from deception and hell.

Let us pray:
Oh Lord, please spark an interest in every believers heart to read the Bible daily, that they may not be led astray. Also help them find a translation, like the King James Version Bible, that is Word for Word. May they do their homework on the Bible translation that they have before diving into it. It is sad to see people read translations that are missing your plain and precious parts. Every time this happens, these people’s mind are being clouded and the full truth is never taught. I pray that these people that are in this mess now may change their ways and read a translation that is Word for Word. And Lord, my heart aches to see so many people being led to believe that Your truths are also found in books outside the Bible. These lies are being bought by so many people and it is hard to see them go astray. I was once a part of a church that taught this and am so happy that You have brought me out of it. Thank You for opening my eyes to the truthfulness of Your gospel, that is only found in the Bible. Your Words are now found in my heart, mind and soul, that I may not be led astray again. I just wish that more people would be able to understand the truths of Your Words. Maybe then, will they stop finding fault in Your Words and put aside these other translations and books. May everyone that is lost, have their eyes opened today. I trust in You Lord. I love You. Amen.
