Oh Lord, I pray for every person that is deceived into believing that Halloween is OK and therefore, participates in it each year. There is so much wickedness and evil in this day and I pray that people will wake up to know this. You have declared this truth in my heart, and I am so grateful. In the past, I may have thought nothing of this day and even think that going to haunted houses were cool and all, until You convicted me of my sins. Lord, the day that You opened my eyes, I was finally able to see through the outside appearance of what takes place on this day and see that it is Satan driving it all. Surely, Lord, You would never have anything to do with scaring people, or have people dress up in costumes that only degrade You, or go to people’s homes, where it is decorated inside or out with ghosts, bones, witches or other gruesome things. Instead, You would cast these things out of Your sight and speak out against it. Truly, Lord, it was hard just being outside today, while witnessing to people. The Spirit out there was very dark and evil, and therefore, it was apparent that people were being led astray. Lord, this saddens me greatly to see people that I know and others that say they believe in You walk in such darkness. Oh, how I wish that people would wake up to their sins and follow You, that You may scatter the darkness in their life and lead them into Your light. Surely, we should be seeking Your will and not what everybody else says is good. Your ways trump what we think and feel. This I believe and honor You in what You have spoken in the Bible and in prayer. I love You more than anything this world makes out to be good, for there is only guilt and shame in that. So fill me up with your love. I want more of You and less of me. Keep me on Your righteous path, that I may shine Your light for all to say. I love You Lord. Amen.

Many people are lying to themselves, saying that they believe in God, when they voluntarily participate in such a dark and evil day as Halloween, instead of abiding in Jesus.
Today’s Prayer (10/30/2019)
Oh Lord, I pray that people will come to know You personally. You have become my rock and my salvation, but I fear that many people that say they believe are not truly on Your side. Instead of real faith that has fruits of the Spirit along with it, I am seeing people that walk willfully in their sins. They say that they are saved by grace and that their faith is enough. Surely, these people are blinded, Oh Lord. Because they justify what they are doing, they are not searching the scriptures, in order to know if they are in the right or not. Your words in the bible would convict these people of their wickedness and lead them to repentance, if they would just read. So I pray for an awakening of the Spirit. May these people truly repent and allow Your blood to cover them. Then, will they be set free and begin to walk faithfully in Your sight. This will give You true honor through their words and deeds. I know that our way of life can never be good if we leave You out of it. Therefore, I pray that you will become a priority in their daily activities also. May they fit You in and give You a chance at saving them. By disregarding this, any praise and worship from them their mouths is false. So Lord, raise these people up to walk in Your light. Give them over to love You and Your commands also. Then, will they begin to seek You daily and rejoice in Your great Name. For true are Your words and what You can do for our lives. There is mercy in Your hands, of Lord, and I am grateful to be forgiven and be made right in Your sight. I don’t love what the world has, but what You can give me. I need less of me and more of You in my life. So fill me with Your goodness and grace. Lead me on Your path of righteousness forevermore. I believe in You. I love You. Amen.

Today’s Prayer (10/28/2019)
Oh Lord, I pray for salvation in Your mighty Name, Jesus. May people come out of the darkness of this world and desire to follow You. Only You can lead them out of the darkness that they are in now and bring them into Your light. You have the power to save them, but they need to make the choice, starting today, to repent of their sins and do what You say is right. Then, will they no longer do or think for themselves any longer. To many people, Lord, are making it seem like there is no big deal with celebrating Halloween, when the Spirit convicts me and others in the faith that it is wrong. This tells me that what is good is no longer known by people in this world. They need Your guidance and direction, but their hearts are closed off to You. If they were open, then they would humble themselves before You and be willing to lay down anything that is causing them to be a stumbling block at your feet. You can do miracles in their lives and cause them to seek after what is holy and righteous, but they must lend an ear to You. It is my desire, Lord, to help people that are influenced by the devil, and to help lead them out of it. Shine Your light upon me, that many people will see the dangers ahead of them, if they continue to go down that road of destruction. Open my mouth, that I might speak wisdom to those that are asleep in this world. It is my prayer that they may wake up to know You, Lord. There is salvation still for those that want to stand apart from the wickedness of this world, and instead stand upon Your righteousness. Your ways lead to life eternal and I am grateful to know them. To obey you is a blessing. I love You, Lord. Amen.

Oh Lord, I love and honor You with all my heart, mind and soul. It is an honor to come unto You and worship You. Feed me Lord, as I am hungry for Your wisdom and knowledge. Help me know the way in this darken world. Keep me upright and lead me away from temptation, that I may walk in Your light. Forgive me of all my sins, God. I am sorry and need Your forgiveness. The enemy desires to take me down, but You are stronger than all things. I know that as I trust in You, I will be made strong to resist even the appearance of evil, in order to walk in Your holiness. It is so good to be guided by Your matchless hand. I am safe and have no more need to fear. Only You do I honor and fear, for You deserve all the reverence and respect. Men and women have failed me over the years, but You will never forsake me. Your love has no hounds. Your mercy never fails. How great is Your kindness. How great is Your compassion. Thank You for seeing potential in me, when no one else could. Because of Your patience and desire to help me, I am changed. You have put inside of me a new way of life. Today’s Prayer (10/26/2019)
Oh Lord, You are my God and I need You every hour. Only by Your presence in my life am I safe from the enemy. Then do I have the armor to protect myself from temptation and sin. I am safe within Your arms, Jesus. You are my rock and therefore my faith is strong. Thank You for taking the person I am and molding and shaping it in Your sight. While in my flesh I am weak, but in the Spirit I am strong. You see me in my sinful state and raise me up into newness of life. Thank You for taking in a wretched sinner, such as I, and still coming to my rescue. Your compassion has no end, God. Your mercy is nothing I’ve ever experienced before. Many times I’ve wondered how I could ever deserve Your forgiveness after all I’ve done, but still You forgive me. Surely, Your mercy has no bounds. You have heard my cries and my prayers have been answered. With my confessions, You have made a way for me to remove the evil thoughts in my mind. You have also taken away all the evil desires of my heart. By doing this, You have replaced these sinful things with good things. It is Your love that has changed me. Thank You Lord for setting me free from the captures of the enemy. Your light has shined through all the darkness and I can see better days ahead of me. Thank You Lord. You are the one that makes me stronger. Without You I am weak, but with You in my life, I can do all things. I am strong, for You are my shield. You are my fortress, and the fiery darts of the enemy will no longer be victorious. You are my guide now. I love You Lord. Thank You for moving in my life and for leading me on Your righteous path. The fruit therein, all belongs to You. I don’t deserve any of the recognition and give You all the glory and all the praise. Amen.

Drinking strong drinks such as beer is against God’s will for our lives. Even God said that drunkards will not go to heaven.

Oh Lord, I pray that people will understand the dangers of coveting, before it is too late. May they come to realize that there is danger from seeking after the wrong things, instead of seeking after You, God. Help people know that Your ways are what lead us to life eternal and anything else will not. So lead us out of temptation and from the cares of this world that will never really help us, but distract us from following You. Your ways are what lead us to life eternal, not more treasures in this world that will only lead to rust. We need Your gifts, not more junk in our lives. So fill us up with the Holy Spirit. Lead us into new life. Give our minds over to doing what is right in Your sight. Help protect us from the enemy, that we may be guarded from every evil way and desire to live in Your holiness. Lord, we love You more than the things of this world. You are our God and we wish to have more of You in our life and less of anything else. If we are to covet, we covet the best gifts that can only come from You. You are the one that has provided us a more excellent way to follow. Because You, Jesus, died for our sins, we have forgiveness. There is mercy and grace to everyone, because of the cross. Thank You for giving us another chance and accepting our confessions. Our desire is to be cleansed by Your blood, that we may walk in Your light. I love You Lord and give You all the praise and glory. Amen.
