The Father has blessed us so much through His Son, Jesus Christ. Because Jesus died for our sins on the cross, we can accept His ultimate sacrifice and be forgiven. This leads us to obtain His spiritual blessings in heaven. You may not realize this, but since the foundation of the world did God choose us to be His people. Even a person who would walk in His holiness and love. Not a person who walks after the lusts of the flesh, but a person who walks in the Holy Spirit. Now, if you have not yet been transformed by the hand of God, then you may be wondering how this is all possible. It through baptism and the receiving of the Spirit that we can live differently. Through the Spirit, we are born again, even set apart to live unto God and His righteousness now. Now, because we are now His, we are also adopted sons and daughters unto God. This is preparing us for a life with God in heaven. Paul also spoke of this and said, “blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ: According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love: Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will.” (Ephesians 1:3-5) If you believe this to be true, then you are also God’s chosen people, for you are living for God.
Paul also said, “to the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved. In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace; Wherein he hath abounded toward us in all wisdom and prudence; Having made known unto us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure which he hath purposed in himself. (Ephesians 1:6-9) If you have been redeemed by the blood of Jesus, then you would also give the Father and the Son praise. It would mean the world to you that there is no more guilt or condemnation upon Your life, but freedom found from the Lord. To worship the Lord give us so much joy. So we sing unto Him our praises and lift up in all the things we do. God has done something amazing for each one who truly believes in Him unto salvation. We are accepted in His sight and will not have to worry about being punished come judgment day, but only receive His rewards. But this is only for people who have truly understood what it means to be redeemed by the blood of Jesus. When Jesus’s sacrifice kicks in, then You will know and understand what He did for you personally and be saved. Then, can the Holy Spirit unfold upon us God’s mysteries. These are things that we can learn on earth and carry with us to heaven. So we give praise to God for accepting and adopting us into His fold as His children.

Father, who art in heaven, I pray that we will always remember what Your Son, Jesus, did for us on the cross. How You sent Christ into the world, in order to pay the ultimate sacrifice for sin. Jesus is the last Passover for sins, for He is the Lamb of God. I believe in Jesus, as I believe in You, my Father. Thank You for choosing me and others in the faith to be Your people, even before the foundation of the world. You knew who would follow You and would not. You knew who would only follow You for a time and later give up. You knew who would only say they were believers, but really in their heart, they were far from You. You can see everything that goes on in our lives. Nothing is hidden before Your Eyes. It is my prayer that I am able to stay in line with Your teachings and not be led by the teachings of men. Help me to be conformed to Your ways, which is holiness and love, that people will see Your light in me and know it is from You. I love Your ways, and I pray that I might be able to make a good impact on other people also, that they may also follow You. People do not realize that they were chosen from the beginning to be Your people until something happens in their hearts. Sure, we have free agency and a right to do our own things, but You knew this already. I am just amazed to know a God who does know everything and desires to have me with Him in heaven one day. Thank You, Lord. I am so blessed. I love Your ways and praise Your holy Name. I love You, God. Amen.
