Daily Prayer:

Oh Lord, thank You for the cross. Thank You for coming down to save us all from our sins. I know now that there is no salvation under heaven but through You. Thank You for suffering, that I might live. This new life, that I feel in my heart, is only because of You. Because of the cross, my old life is dead. Just as You died and rose again, I have died to myself and live unto You. You have raised me from the dead. Thank You for Your mercy. Thank You for hearing my cries and showing compassion for my soul. Only You can give me the peace I need to carry on. Help me Lord to never forget Your great sacrifice on the cross. What You have done is the reason why I live. Thank You so much Lord. I cannot wait till the day, that I am able to rise up to see You. What a glorious day, it will be, to see my Savior, whom I love with all my heart. You are my King. I love You. Amen.

Oh Lord, I love You and honor You. You are all holy and mighty. It is a pleasure to worship and praise Your holy Name. Your laws are so important to me. They lead me on the right path. It is an honor to serve You, my King. To live in Your light is most important to me. Lead me from all sin. Lead me away from temptation. Help me not fall into the ways of addiction and guilt. Help me to live outside the pleasures of the world. Your ways are greater. It is greater to live for You than anything else. Lord, I need Your guidance. Direct my paths. Lead me Lord. Bless me and my family. Help me to be a shining light to my wife and my children. May Your love fill the lives of my family. I love You. Amen.

Daily Prayer:

Oh Lord, I am grateful for Your forgiveness. Thank You for Your mercy. For so many years, I was living outside Your love and didn’t feel a need to repent. I was so lost. Satan had his hand in my life and made me feel like I was content. Oh how wrong I was. The pains of guilt continually wracked my soul. The addictions were just too much for me to deal with on my own. I was not capable of escaping the bondage of sin, I was in. But Lord, it all changed when You came into my life. In brokenness, I reached out to You and immediately felt Your peace. You heard my confessions and my desire to change my life. In that moment I needed Your comfort and You answered my call. Thank You for extending Your love towards me. I am sorry for continually walking away from You. I am so sorry. Please help me never leave Your side again. I trust in You, Jesus. I love You. Amen.

Daily Prayer:

Oh Lord, I love and cherish Your Words. Your words have impacted my life more than I will ever know. Every time I read, I am amazed by the words of the Bible. The verses truly pierce my soul and bring me closer to You. For so long, I resisted the promptings of the Spirit and I am sorry. I would skip over verses because it went against my way of life. The Word of God was hard to take in because of my sins. But Lord, I know that You tried to speak to my soul and it was I that resisted. I know now that it was meaningless to disregard Your wise counsel for my life. If I am not living by what the Word of God says, I am in the wrong and am sorry. Thank You for taking me in and showing mercy for my soul. Thank You for Your forgiveness. I will never stop the Word of God from changing my life again. Lord, I do not wish to be apart from Your love. If there is sin in my life, please make it known. May Your words penetrate my heart to repentance. I love You more than the things of this world. I pray that God will have His way in my life and yours. I pray that a revival will happen in the hearts of all people that proclaim to know Him. May those that say they love God, also walk in His love. May all those that say they believe in God, also live out their faith. If people are in sin, may their sins stir up inside their soul to repentance, before God. Yes, Lord, if we aren’t for You now, change our lives. Stir the hearts of us all to serve You. It is a great privilege to learn from You and to receive Your counsel. As my eyes are lifted up into the heavens, look down upon me and fill me with Your Spirit. Even those, Lord, that want to come back, forgive them, as they turn their hearts back to You. Accept their confessions and help direct their paths. As David said, we pray, “so our eyes wait upon the Lord our God, until that he have mercy upon us.” I cry out with your people and say, “O Lord, have mercy upon us: for we are exceedingly filled with contempt.” We are sorry for doing our own things and not desiring to live in Your will. Yours is the Kingdom. Our life is Yours. We will put You first in all things. Help us to live out our faith. Will You use us now and give us words to speak. Oh Lord, You are my comfort in this broken world. Only You could bring me peace that carries on. My life has meaning when Your presence is near. I am not burdened by lives struggles for You give me peace. Only You could restore my life. My sins were so heavy and my soul was afflicted, but in prayer, I found rest. My burdens were lifted and my eyes have been opened to Your love. I never knew that Your love was so great. It is so amazing that my life is changed because of it. Instead of fulfilling the lusts of my eyes, I am fulfilled by Your presence. Your presence is overwhelming and I cannot get enough of it. Truly Lord, You have breathed new life into my soul. Oh Lord, it brings me great joy as to call upon Your Name in prayer. You hear my prayers and give me answers. I am not left waiting for You give me wisdom and knowledge. For many years, I was left wanting more from this life and I never had enough. I always needed more. But now that I found You, You have given me the fullness of joy that I have desired, all my life. Your peace gives me the comfort I need to carry on. Though hard times come, You never leave me comfortless. You continually lift up my burdens that they may be light. Life has taken a toll upon me and my family, because of sin, but You never gave up us. My confessions were heard and You had mercy. It was You that softened my wives heart to forgive me. You are always there when I need You. Only You could lead me to safety. Thank You for carrying me on Your shoulders when I was weak. You are my greatest help. You are my deliverer. Thank You for delivering me from a life of sin. I would never know the right path if You had not shown mercy for my soul. I’d be left searching for answers, if You had not come into my life. Oh Lord, I pray that I am not influenced by the ways of the flesh. May my desires be in tune with your will and not my own selfish ways. It is hard to resist temptation when I am living in sin but when You are near, there is peace. You give me desires to live in Your light. Darkness is nowhere to be found when I am in Your arms, Lord Jesus. You are my helper and my best friend. You are my deliverer from evil. I pray that I and other Christians are not influenced by the ways of this world. Help us to not fall victim to deceitful people. These things can only lead us away from You. Oh Lord, will you open the eyes of the blind? Will you help those that are lost see the truth of God? Your truth is plain to those that seek You. I know this for You have unfolded to me Your mysteries. There was a veil over my face but it is lifted. I was blind but can now see. I once put my trust in man but You have awakened my soul to trust in You. Thank You for leading me out of darkness and into Your light. For many years I thought the truth was before me. I would not accept anything but what my church taught me. I would lift it up and cast aside anything contrary. But Lord, You saw how closed minded I was. I needed something to help me think clearly. In sin, You can came to me. My heart was finally open and You rescued me. Your mercy and forgiveness is real, for I have felt it. I have hope because of You. You have taken my hand and led me on Your path. You have set me on a course, while helping me leave false teachings behind. It is better to live for You then to live for men that don’t save. Oh Lord, only You can lead me away from the lusts of the flesh. My flesh is weak but I am strong with You. I am not easily tempted for You are there to build me up. My faith is my weapon to fight against sin. Only You could build me up to fight against temptation. A life built around can do great things. I know this to be true. Nobody else could give me the will power to live apart from the world. Your love is stronger and has willed me to change my life. I would be so lost without Your love. Oh Lord, I pray that Your ways will become greater in our hearts and minds than our own way of living. Will You help us know what traditions are bad? Oh Lord, there is so much I want to say. I am so grateful for Your great love for me. You have been so kind towards me, all these years. I have felt every minute of Your encouragement for my soul.
